Super simply Free Form Blueberry Tart (recipe)

400 g blueberries
300 g wheat flour
150 g butter
50 g sugar
3 tablespoons ice water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon potato flour
Combine the wheat flour, water, and 50 g sugar and salt in a small bowl and place in the freezer for 60 minutes.
Mix cranberries with sugar and potato flour.
Roll out the dough. Place the blueberries in the middle, fold the edges into a circle form.
Place the tart on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for about 30 – 35 minutes at 180 degrees C (fan oven) or 40 minutes at 180 degrees C.
